We've all known loss and trauma in our lives. In this fallen world, it's unavoidable. Whether our tragedy is a result of violence, betrayal, physical ailments, loss of loved ones, or for any other reason, these traumas leave us stunned and suffering. ​God never promised we wouldn't have trials and even heart-wrenching sufferings in our lives -- but He has promised to walk with us during these difficult times.

​We have to allow His graces to flow through us by reaching out, by touching the hem of His robe, by asking for-- and being open to--receiving His love. ​Only Jesus can staunch the bleeding out of our wounds. Only He can bring us back to life.
