Using Biblical inspiration as well as the wisdom of the medieval mystics, my trauma-informed spiritual coaching ministry helps Christian women move forward, enabling them to progress from where they currently are to where they ideally envision themselves to be. In the words of St. Catherine of Siena, "If you are what you ought to be, you will light a fire in all the world!"
As a certified Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, Deconstructing Gaslighting Specialist, and Trauma-Informed Christian coach, I know what a huge emotional, spiritual, physical and psychological impact intimate and complex trauma can have on a person. My journey in this field began with personal experience and includes the lessons and insights I’ve gained both personally and professionally as I’ve traveled the path to healing and inner reintegration.
My mission is to help women gain clarity and understanding, to reclaim their true selves — made in God’s image and likeness — and touch the hem of God’s robe.
We've all known loss and trauma in our lives. In this fallen world, it's unavoidable. Whether our tragedy is a result of violence, betrayal, physical ailments, loss of loved ones, or for any other reason, these traumas leave us stunned and suffering. God never promised we wouldn't have trials and even heart-wrenching sufferings in our lives -- but He has promised to walk with us during these difficult times.
We have to allow His graces to flow through us by reaching out, by touching the hem of His robe, by asking for-- and being open to--receiving His love. Only Jesus can staunch the bleeding out of our wounds. Only He can bring us back to life.
